So yesterday.. out of no where, I started getting pressure and pain in my lower back on my left side.  At first I thought it was something like constipation or something stupid but the pain was too high for that and no where near my intestines.    4 hours of agonizing pain and non-stop vomiting.. the pain had moved lower and then suddenly vanished.

It seems that I had a kidney stone.  It was my first one and hopefully last.  I have never felt this type of pain before.   On the good side, I now know what they feel like and in the future i'll get myself to the hospital ASAP for some instant pain relief.

WHEW.. I slept for 12 hours afterwards just being completely exhausted and spent.
